You're bidding on a Japanese woodblock print - 11 1/4" X 16 3/4" - known as "Orchid" or "Orchid 2", by artist Zuigetsu Ikeda (1877-1944). Originally printed for a print series called "Rankafu" depicting an orchid collection, this is a nice image of blooming pink orchids, still on the plant. Ikeda is best known for his fascination with and depictions of orchids and other flowers. Published by Uchida Art, probably postwar 1940s-1950s vintage.
NOTE some issues of condition - print does have several small, dark ink-like marks - one is a bit larger and visible within the image, See photo. Also some light matting burn from being displayed inside it's original print folder. SOLD AS IS AS FOUND.
Retains nice color and appeal, though - please review photos carefully to make your own determination of condition and appeal, and don't hesitate to ask any questions prior to bidding - thanks for looking!
