- Compatibility Rule: If the part number matches your original part, it is guaranteed to fit. Part numbers do not lie.
- Incorrect Orders: If you purchase an item and it does not fit your vehicle due to a failure to check the part number, it will be classified as an incorrect order.
- NEW: A brand new, unused item. Please note that body parts may arrive unpainted or in primer. Items may show light storage scuffs or marks identical to what you would find at a main dealer; these will not impact the standard preparation required prior to painting.
- NEW OTHER: A brand-new item that has sustained minor cosmetic defects or slight damage beyond standard warehouse storage marks. Please review listing images carefully.
- USED: A second-hand item that has previously been fitted to a vehicle. These items will exhibit signs of wear, marks, and potential imperfections. Comprehensive photos are always provided.
- Standard Delivery: Small to medium items are dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce on a 24/48-hour service.
- Handling Time: Please allow a full 24 hours for dispatch processing. We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends.
- Address Accuracy: We ship strictly to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, the buyer is responsible for coordinating recovery with the shipping provider.
- Large Items: Over-sized items are strictly Collection Only due to prohibitive commercial shipping costs.
? Special Bumper Delivery Process
Due to a high volume of courier complications and fraudulent claims, we implement a strict process for car bumpers:
- Listing Status: All bumpers are listed as "Collection Only" by default.
- Collection Code Requirement: If you require delivery, you must message us first to check availability. Upon purchase, eBay will issue you a Collection Code. You must message this code to us before we will dispatch your item.
- Transit: If applicable, Once the code is received, we will dispatch the bumper on a 2-7 day tracked service using a specialist private courier.
- Alternative Options: We highly recommend collection in person from our Southampton premises (where payment upon inspection is welcome). Alternatively, you are fully welcome to arrange your own courier collection.
? Returns & eBay Policy Protection
- Return Costs: Returns for incorrectly ordered parts are accepted only if the buyer returns the item at their own expense.
- Policy Abuse: Buyers who abuse the eBay Money Back Guarantee by falsely claiming an item is "Not as Described" simply because it does not fit their vehicle will be reported immediately.
- Seller Protection Act: We actively submit cases to eBay under the Seller Protection Policy. No refunds will be issued for disputed items until eBay has formally resolved the case.
- Deductions: Any costs incurred by us to retrieve an item, alongside any devaluation due to return transit damage, will be legally deducted from the final refund amount.
