the cast bird has broke off its attachment which is still fixed to the marble
the marble is 8 inches long and 3.25 inches wide and approx 0.75 inches thick
it has a couple of tiny chips on the edge which would grind out, it may need a polishing and it has a small circular dip or crater which will need filling in
