The Hermle 2100 series is a highly regarded line of German quartz clock movements that became the industry standard for premium battery-operated clocks starting in the 1980s. While Hermle is historically famous for mechanical, weight-driven, and spring-wound grandfather clocks, the 2100 series was their answer to the modern quartz revolution.

The clock is a little tarnished along the clocks brass sides and there are some dark marks on the clock top. There are also some scratches on the moon phase dial, but the clocks dials and gears are in perfect working order and syncs with the phase of the moon.
