This is a nice 1942 promotional recipe booklet for Borden’s Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. It features the company “spokescow” Elsie the cow and her daughter Beulah. The booklet is 22 pages and is approximately 6.5” x 9”. Condition is fair. Pages are all attached but it could use some tape to keep together. There is some minor age discoloration - no writing. A nice piece of memorabilia of the past dairy industry in the U.S. Check out all the photos.
