Very old I know very little about this type of item.looks to be a ex Vito sacred heart.looks to be made of 800 silver or sterling silver. I haven't tested the metal so I am unsure. Looks to be Italian or French. Measures app.4 plus inches long. 2 1/2" wide. In good condition.  Looks 1800s era. Thank you and good luck.
