Vintage Konzert Salon Harfe Zither
A characterful vintage German stringed instrument featuring the words Konzert Salon Harfe inside the sound hole. This traditional zither or salon harp has a black wooden body decorated with an attractive multicoloured floral design and fine gold coloured detailing. A printed note and string guide runs across the lower part of the soundboard.
This is an appealing display piece for a collector of vintage musical instruments, German folk instruments or decorative zithers. It may also be suitable as a restoration project.

Condition
Pre-owned vintage condition with visible age and storage wear. The wooden body has scratches, scuffs, marks, rubbed edges and areas of finish loss. The back shows surface wear, scratches, dust and discolouration. The tuning pegs, pins and strings display tarnishing, oxidation and corrosion consistent with age. Some strings may be loose, out of tune, replaced or missing. The floral decoration and printed note guide show general wear but remain attractive and clearly visible.
The instrument has not been tuned or professionally tested for musical performance. Its tuning stability, string condition and full playability cannot be guaranteed. It is therefore offered as an untested vintage instrument for collection, display, repair or restoration. Please study all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the condition description.
