  • How to Program the TV Volume to your Remote  
  • If you have a Sky Q touch remote or Sky Q remote with Voice Control:-
  • 1.   Press and hold 7 and 9 until the light on the remote flashes. This will reset the remote.
  • 2.   Press and hold 1 and 3 until the light flashes.
  • 3.   Select Next and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • If you have a Sky Q remote or Sky Q Accessibility remote:- 
  • 1.   Press Home on your remote
  • 2.   Select Settings, then Setup, followed by Remote Control
  • 3.   Select the remote you're using
  • 4.   Select Control your TV then Find it for me and follow the on-screen instructions
