Directions for use:

👉 Dough layer: You roll out a thin sheet of dough and place it flat over the floured metal mold.

👉 Filling: You drop a small dollop of minced meat or filling into each of the 37 pocket openings.

👉 Top layer & sealing: You place a second sheet of dough over the filling. Then, running a wooden rolling pin firmly across the top cuts and seals all 37 individual hexagonal or round dumplings simultaneously along the raised metal ridges.

👉 Release: You flip the mold over, and the finished dumplings pop out through the bottom, ready to be boiled.
