Small watercolor/ gouache painting signed by R. Fuchs 09

My research suggests the signature could be that of Rudolph Fuchs, but I cannot verify the attribution. There is no provenance or certificate of authenticity, so the painting is offered as a signed work attributed to "R. Fuchs." Please examine the photographs carefully before purchasing.

Painted on board paper and adhered to a larger board paper. Actual painting measures approximately 6.5 “ x 10.5 “

The board underneath this painting is in worn condition and discolored with fragments of tape residue. The painting itself is in quite good condition with the exception of a fine scuff on the left mid section of the painting (as shown in the last image). It doesn’t detract from the overall aesthetic of the painting however this flaw is taken to account and dictates the asking price.
