Multiple listings: if this item is part of a multiple listing or is a stock item, the item you receive might differ slightly from the item shown, if this is an issue for you please ask before buying.

Packaging: we do not guarantee items will be sent on mint cards or in mint boxes, however we will send you the best example we have, if you want your items in mint packaging please ask before buying. 

Shipping: all items will be dispatched within 5 working days, all items will be sent boxed and well packaged, all items will be sent using a tracked service, we only use Royal Mail, expected arrival times will be shown on your order details. Some loose figures may be sent in padded envelopes.

Tracking numbers: all orders are sent tracked, we only use Royal Mail, we prefer to use and support our local Post Office so tracking numbers are not uploaded automatically which may mean your item appears to be untracked. We are happy to provide tracking numbers on request, please just ask (tracking numbers will be available 24 hours after your order has been marked as dispatched).

Offers: we will consider offers on any item however we are not obliged to accept offers. Please use the make offer tab on the listing for offers, we will not respond to messages with written offers or asking our lowest price etc. 

Combined shipping: We combine shipping; the easiest way to get combined shipping is to drop all the items in your basket and check out, shipping costs will be automatically calculated. Items must be bought together to qualify for a combined shipping discount. Alternatively you can request a shipping invoice for items in your basket.

International orders: we ship internationally using eBay International Shipping only, please check shipping costs before making a purchase.
