Under DDP terms, customs duties and import taxes are included. However, outside eBay’s built-in DDP system, local customs may charge additional fees. Any brokerage, handling, or storage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused due to customs issues, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.

Package Held by Customs
If held by customs, please contact your local customs office or postal service.
If documents are required, message us on eBay and we will assist after confirming with the courier.
If the package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, recipient absence, or delivery failure, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.
