DESIGN: Iconic Art Deco Skeleton Key - Documented design featured in Women's Wear Daily Sept 3, 1943 and Brunialti Vol 2 p138.

WWII era sterling production (1942-1945) due to wartime metal restrictions - much rarer than base metal version.


MATERIALS & SIZE:

- Sterling Silver base with original gold vermeil wash (worn to silver with age, as expected)

- Emerald green baguette-cut glass crystals (shaft)

- Citrine / amber emerald-cut crystal (shoulder)

- Clear round and baguette rhinestones

- Size: 2.6" x 0.95" (66mm x 24mm) - See Photo


CONDITION: Good vintage condition. All original stones present, no chips to large emerald baguettes. 4 small round clear rhinestones have darkened foil with age - common for 1940s - See Photo close-up. Vermeil wear consistent with age. Pin clasp works perfectly.
