This ring is handcrafted and made to order with care. Please allow approximately 1–7 business days for production before shipping. Once your jewelry is completed, it will be shipped on the same day whenever possible.

In some cases, an additional 1–2 business days may be required due to weekends, holidays, or production scheduling. Please don’t worry—most orders arrive on time, although occasional courier delays may happen, which are outside our control.

We carefully track every shipment from India and stay available to assist throughout the delivery process. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to making sure you receive your order.

If there is ever an issue with delivery, please contact us first before opening a case or selecting “Item Not Received.” We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. If necessary, we will provide an appropriate solution such as replacement support or refund according to the situation.
