How to Use

  • Lock the Lift Plate to the Shaft Leg at the Desired Bend Height to Accurately Align All Drum Depths.
  • Grasp the Tool by the Handle and Slide It Onto the Edge of the Material. Ensure That the Material Fits Snugly Against the Bottom of the Tool V-shaped Roller Assembly.
  • Gradually Apply Bending Pressure While Rolling the Tool Along the Edge of the Material. Each Time Bend the Material Upwards by Approximately 10-20 Degrees. for a 90-Degree Bend, You Should Plan to Have the Tool Run Back and Forth at Least 5 to 8 Times.
  • Allow the Outer Set of Rollers to Slide off the Bend As You Reach the End of the Material and Then Reverse Direction. This Will Produce a More Uniform Bend.
