Items Not as Described

Opened or Used Fragrances
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and resale reasons, we do not accept returns on fragrances that have been opened or used.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The fragrance bottle or original packaging has been opened.
The fragrance has been sprayed or used.
The fragrance has been opened and smelled or tested.
The original seal, wrapping, or packaging has been removed or damaged.
The item is returned in a condition that is different from the condition in which it was received.
Please note: Opening a fragrance package to smell or test the fragrance means that the item is no longer eligible for return if the reason for the return is simply that the customer does not like the fragrance or has changed their mind.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind or decide that you do not like the fragrance, the item must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including all original packaging, seals, and accessories where applicable.
For hygiene and product-quality reasons, we cannot accept a return after the fragrance has been opened, sprayed, tested, or smelled.
Return Period
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returns requested after the 14-day return period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable eBay policies or buyer protection rules.
