The case is in overall good condition, it's not your typical jewel case. There is some wear and tear around the case (edges, corners and some light scratches). The main imperfection is on the inside flap on the case. The cardboard paper pocket that holds the booklet has come undone. All imperfections will be shown in the photos. The insert/booklet is included and in good condition. The disc itself is in  good condition (Light scratches/smudges here or there). The disc has been spot tested (see below for explanation). Selling as is. Don't forget to check out all of the pictures to make sure that everything is up to your standards before purchasing. Will be shipped with care. 

Testing Notes: This CD has been spot-tested in a standard player. I listened to snippets from the start, middle, and end of the album to confirm it plays properly. Please note it was not fully played from track 1 to the end.
