📻 Vintage Sanyo G2600 Stereo Radio Cassette Recorder Briefcase System – Speakers

A fantastic vintage Sanyo G2600 Stereo Radio Cassette Recorder, presented in an unusual portable briefcase-style design with two detachable speakers. A great piece of retro Japanese audio equipment with loads of 1970s character.

When opened, the system reveals the radio tuner, cassette recorder and controls, while the two speakers detach from the case for stereo positioning. When packed away, the complete system forms a compact carry case with built-in handle.

📻 Condition

Tested and fully working.

The radio and cassette functions have been tested and are working, along with both speakers.

The main point to note is that the latches/clips which would secure the speakers to the main unit when the briefcase is closed are missing. The system can still be closed together, but the speakers will not securely latch into position for carrying.

There are normal cosmetic marks, scratches and signs of age/use throughout, as expected from a vintage item. Please study all photographs carefully as these form part of the description.
