Large vintage Hamilton wood letter press printing type collection with original-style wooden printer’s type drawer/tray.

The lot contains a large assortment of wood type in multiple fonts/typefaces and sizes.  The A blocks  are clearly marked Hamilton Mfg. Co., Two Rivers, Wis. Individual letters vary in size, with larger examples measuring over 3 inches tall and many approximately 2.5 inches tall, along with smaller type.

The assortment includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, punctuation and other characters. Contents have not been inventoried for completeness, so please review all photos carefully for the exact letters, quantities, fonts and sizes included.

The wooden printer's drawer measures approximately 32" × 16" and is included.

Vintage used condition with expected printing ink residue, discoloration, wear, scratches and other signs of age and commercial use. Some pieces show considerably more wear than others. Drawer also shows age and use.
