Please look at all the pictures. They are part of the description. Please notice there is wear due to use and age of the piece. Paint is worn and the silk in the base and lid is letting go of itself. Checking very carfully I did not observe any chips, cracks or repairs.

This box is unmarked.  It very clsely resmbles boxes marked C F Monroe Wave Crest Glass Helmschmied, swirl dresser box. It is my opinion that it is an original by Helmschmied and the label was lost to time and over vigorous cleaning.
