9 inch foam blade Spider-Man 31749 vintage 2006 Marvel character Spider-Man 3 promotional frisbee

It’s never been used still wrapped in the cardboard but see pictures. There is a tear on the front on blade and there seems to be a yellow sticker on Spider-Man. Please see pictures before buying that the item inside is brand new pretty good for its age 2006.
