All of our adverts are real Genuine OEM manufacture parts (exactly what you would find from the main dealer) both new and used.
Before purchasing please use part numbers provided in advert title and often also in images to confirm fitment with your vehicle, by getting the number of the old part or by contacting your local dealer. if the part number matches the part is the same, the part number cannot be wrong so if you order and it does not fit the YOU have ordered incorrectly, in this case we can only accept the return if you send the item back to us at your cost, any buyer that abuses eBay's buyer guarantee policy by claiming that the item is not as described thus not fitting your vehicle will be reported and a case will be submitted to eBay under the sellers protection act guarantee and no refund will be given until case has gone through. All costs to retrieve item and any damages will be subtracted from any return amount due.
NEW = a new item this may mean that the part is not painted so please check before purchasing, sometimes these parts can have light scuffs/ marks from storage (same as you often find in main dealer) but due to the fact they are often in primer this often does not affect the basic prep the item needed prior to paint.
NEW OTHER = like above this is a new item but for one reason or another has sustained slight damage that is more the above mentioned storage marks
USED = a second hand item that has been fitted/used in the past this will have marks, wear and possibly damage please see images
Small to medium items are dispatched using royal mail/ parcel force under a 24/48 label please allow a full 24 hours for dispatch on top of this, we do not send or deliver on weekends as no services are available. In the event of your item being deliver to a incorrect address given at check out you will be required to sort this with the shipping firm.
In regards to car bumpers we recommend collection in person from us in Southampton you can also pay upon arrival and inspection of the item, if you are looking to have the item delivered we can do this for free (on certain item please message to check with us first) but due to consistent issues we are now only willing to do with the following process, car bumpers will be advertised as "collection only" when you purchase you will be given a collection code, we will require you to send this to us before we dispatch the item, we will then send the bumper out on a 2 to 3 day ticket tracked with Proovia a private courier. We do not want to do it this way however due to consistent scams we have to now do it. we are also happy for you to purchase and arrange your own courier.
Larger items are collection only due to size and cost of shipping now no longer being viable
