You will be provided with tracking number once posted out

Any delays or missed deliveries is down to the royal mail and you will find redelivery slot on the website when you track and trace it.

Orders get posted out daily

If you order and pay for your fragrance before 11 am your parcel will be sent out that day  

If you order after 11 am on a Friday your parcel will not be sent out until Monday morning.  

If you wish to change the delivery address then please let us know via email

 

Our days of opening are Monday to Friday but you can email us out of hours and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 We do accept returned items BUT they must still be sealed and not tampered with in any way, and sent back recored delivery

You will find returns labels when you go through the return process on eBay 

Once we have received the items back, you will then receive a full refund
