Up for auction is a 1948 PHILIPPINES FDC of SCOTT #528 - 529 commemorating the Silver Jubilee of the Boy Scouts and featuring BOTH THE PERFORATE AND IMPERFORATE VERSIONS OF #528 - 529 ON THE SAME ENVELOPE. FDC was purchased new by my father and has remained undisturbed since then with typical aging seen over the last 70 years. This will make an excellent addition to your collection. US shipping will be by eBay standard envelope with tracking and bid with confidence as you can see from my 100% positive feedback with over 8000 items sold.
