Description:

Applications:

  • Compatible with 2010-2017 GM 2.0L and 3.6L engines equipped with Hitachi injectors.
  • Compatible with 2012-2017 2.0L, 2.5L, 5.3L and 6.2L engines equipped with Continental Delphi injectors.
  • Compatible with Subaru 2014-2019 2.0L / 2.4L turbo engine.

Replacement:

  • Replace to #EN-49245, #EN-51105 and #18683AA000.

Installation Steps Tips:

1. Cut off the old seal near the tip of the injector.

2. Place the guide cone on the tip of the injector.

3. Push the new sealing ring onto the cone.

4. Use the installation program to push the seal into the groove of the injector.

5. Use a sizing machine tool to compress the seal to an appropriate size.

6. Done! (Kindly Noted: EN-49245 must be used to install the seal correctly and ensure that its size is correct.)
