Cosmetic: GOOD --> there're some paint wear and scratches around the edges of the camera body.  The cover on the two batteries is a bit dented.  Both batteries works but one of them is harder to pop out.

EX+, 95%, Very little signs of use and wear such as small scratches, marks, etc.
EX, 90%, A few minor signs of use and wear such as small scratches, marks, etc.
GOOD, 85%, Some light signs of use and wear on the item.
FAIR, 80%, Moderate signs of use and wear
POOR, 75% or below, Many signs of use and wear and might show dings, scratches, brassing, etc.

You're also welcome to check or buy the item at our physical store.  However, please let us know before you visit if there's a specific item you want to look at since we have two physical stores.
 
Payment is expected to be made within 5 days of auction ends or an unpaid dispute will be opened.

We ship worldwide via FedEx Priority Service within two business days of payment. A tracking number will be provided when available, and delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for most regions. For local deliveries within Hong Kong, we use SF Express or the post office.

All purchases may be subject to import taxes and fees, which are the buyer's responsibility. We will do our best to help minimize these costs; please let us know if you have specific requests for customs declarations and we'll accommodate.

For buyers with a USA shipping address, the item price and shipping fee include any applicable import tariffs, which will be billed to our FedEx account if incurred.

Return is accepted if buyer is not satisfied with the product in any way.  However, unless the item is significantly not as described or else shipping fee is non-refundable and buyer have to pay for return shipping as well.
 
The refund must also meet the following conditions:
1. The item must be returned in its original condition and not altered in any way.
2. All items included such as accessories and bundled items must be returned.
 
For brand new items, it must be returned in NEW condition.
