Gorgeous Sterling Art Nouveau embroidery scissors made by WM Bens Company in

 Germany.  Measure about 4" and are fully stamped.  Certainly need blades cleaned and 

due to how dainty they are, I did not clean them but they can surely be cleaned.  I have

others to sell, but these are surely the most lovely.
