Sailor fountain pen, Takashimaya exclusive barrel, 14k gold nib.

I'm selling these items to downsize my collection.
This is a fountain pen specially commissioned by Takashimaya from Sailor Pen, intended as a gift for a 77th birthday celebration.
The paulownia wood box bears the inscriptions "Congratulations on your 77th birthday" and "Takashimaya."
There is no information about this online, but it is likely that Takashimaya prepared these as gifts to celebrate their valued customers and top clients of their personal shopping service.
This is probably a very rare model that isn't available for general sale.

Takashimaya Special Order: A special scroll for celebrating a 77th birthday.
The barrel is based on Sailor's "Profit Jr.", but it's a special edition equipped with a 14k gold nib (which isn't normally included) and decorated with maki-e style lacquer work. I've never seen this combination before, even including commercially available and limited edition models.
The length is the same as the Profit Standard, approximately 134mm (when stored), making it just right for everyday use.
Takashimaya's symbol, the rose, is decorated with a lacquer-style glitter design.
The rose, Takashimaya's symbolic flower, is depicted on the barrel of the pen as a flower wreath, with a maki-e (lacquerware with gold or silver powder) style decoration and subtle glitter.
This is just speculation, but I think the reason they didn't use the Profit Standard as the base for the customization is that they wanted to highlight the rose, which is Takashimaya's symbol, by using a barrel with less ornamentation on the cap ring, finial, and barrel end. Since it's a 77th birthday celebration, they probably aimed for a clean design that would appeal to women rather than a gaudy ring.
Since roses are the birth flower for June, this fountain pen is also recommended for people born in June.
14k gold medium nib
This is an old-logo 14k gold nib with the "HM" (medium) marking. The nib is the same as that of the Profit Standard, so you can be sure of its smooth writing feel.
