Note: Stickers, printed bricks, minifigures, and third-party parts are not included.
Q: What should I do if the product has missing parts? A: Please contact us right away. We will send the missing parts free of charge.
Shipping & Packaging
The product is shipped without the original box. It comes sealed in a new PE bag.

In line with our commitment to environmental protection, we generally do not provide printed assembly instructions. Instead we offer a digital PDF manual. If you need the assembly instructions,

Minifigures, stickers, printed bricks, and accessories are NOT included, even if shown in the manual. These items can only be provided at a significant extra cost, which is not recommended.

For orders over €150 or £135, no VAT is charged, but customs duties may apply, which must be paid by the buyer.
If you want us to handle VAT/customs for you, contact us before shipment (extra costs may apply).
We inspect all parts before shipping. If any parts are missing upon arrival, we will reissue them at no cost.

To speed up order shipment, please complete full payment within 3 days after auction ends or order submission. If payment is overdue, eBay Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed automatically.
Shipping Details

Other countries: 10–25 working days Delivery may be delayed during peak shopping seasons or bad weather, kindly wait patiently.
Please double-check your verified eBay shipping address at checkout. We only ship to your official eBay verified address, and your buyer account address must match delivery address.
We arrange shipment and upload tracking number within 72 hours once payment is confirmed. All building blocks are packed with bubble wrap, hard cartons and shockproof filler to prevent brick loss or breakage during transit. We may adjust outer carton packaging for customs clearance without affecting complete block parts.
If you need fast delivery, select express shipping at checkout or send us eBay messages after placing orders, we will prioritize your parcel.
Sales Terms
The listed price only covers building block products, packing and handling fees. All local customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees shall be borne by buyers.
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We provide 30-day worry-free return service after parcel receipt.
Returns are unavailable for fully assembled blocks; only unbuilt, complete sets support return.
Rturned items must keep brand new unused status, original boxes, all loose bricks, instruction manuals, spare parts and original packing materials intact. Any missing accessories will affect refund amount.
If we send wrong block sets or missing parts, please take clear photos of product labels, part numbers and incomplete contents, contact us via eBay immediately, we will resupply missing pieces or arrange free return.
For returns caused by personal preference (not quality, wrong item or transit damage), buyer needs to cover return shipping cost; original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
If return parcel gets lost during transit back to our warehouse, we cannot process refund, please file loss compensation claim with local logistics provider directly.
