A genuinely extraordinary pair of vintage Wrangler flares, covered front and back in original period woven and embroidered band patches. The base jean is a classic high-waisted Wrangler flare in well-worn indigo denim with a Talon brass zip — placing these firmly in the 1970s. What makes them remarkable is the patches: all appear original to the era, sewn directly onto the denim, and represent a roll call of the British and American hard rock scene at its peak.

Patches include AC/DC (Hammersmith Odeon, 17/11/77), AC/DC European Tour ’80–81, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Rush (x2), Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne Blizzard of Ozz, Motörhead, UFO, Saxon, Genesis, Rainbow, Barclay James Harvest (hand-embroidered directly onto the leg), Magnum, and Scorpions — among others.

These were worn. These were lived in. The fading, the Talon zip, the frayed hems — none of it is affected.

Condition: Well worn vintage — please study all photographs carefully.
