Smaller gold filled oval framed cameo appears crafted with genuine shell center focal piece. It's signed / stamped including maker's name and metal component on reverse side and may be worn as brooch style pin or pendant. Larger of the two also likely made with carved shell and further features top bow, dangle chains, small faux (?) turquoise+coral insets.
