The handset powers on when placed in the charging cradle, with the colour display working and the handset showing “Searching for Base”, as pictured.

Please note that the separate Yealink DECT/network base station is NOT included. The handset will need to be registered to a compatible Yealink base station before it can be used as a telephone.
