The slipcover has scratches, dings and smudges. There is remnants of a yellow store sticker on the front bottom left. There is damage along the top and bottom edge opening, especially on the top back. The manual has light wrinkles. The disc has smudges and scratches. It loaded on my 360 and I played for a couple minutes. I will mail this in a box.
