### Pricing & Offers

* **Make an Offer:** Please use the official eBay "Make Offer" tool. We do not respond to messages asking "will you take $X."

* **Fixed Pricing:** Our items are priced competitively; there is very little room for negotiation.

* **Store Inventory:** Our items are listed both online and in our physical shop. We do not negotiate Buy-It-Now prices on active auctions.

### Condition & Grading

* **Photos:** Please review all front and back photos provided. These constitute the item description. We cannot accommodate requests for additional photos.

* **Raw Cards:** Sold as-is. We do not answer questions regarding expected grades or guarantee specific grades. Please assume raw cards are in **NM-MT** condition and not "Gem Mint" candidates. We note major damage (creases, etc.), but minor flaws may exist.

* **Graded Cards:** We do not offer returns or partial refunds due to chips, scratches, or scuffs on slab cases.

* **Signed Items/Stock Photos:** For items like helmets or memorabilia, the signature color or COA number may vary if we have multiple in stock. Some photos are representative stock images.

### Shipping & Combined Orders

* **Methods:** Cards ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Sealed products and larger items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

* **Combining:** We are happy to combine shipping. Please notify us once all your auctions are complete so we can bundle your order.

* **Addtl. Card:** $0.25 each

* **Addtl. Sealed Box:** $2.00 each

* **Addtl. Framed Pieces (8x10 to 16x20):** $15.00 each

* **Addtl. Framed Jersey:** $25.00 each

* **Handling:** We generally ship within 48 hours. During high-volume periods or holidays, please allow an extra day. There is no need to message us asking about shipping status; we will notify you if any issues arise.

* **Damage:** If a package arrives damaged or altered, refuse delivery with the carrier and provide us with a photo of the label and packaging.

### Policies

* **No Trades:** We do not trade via eBay.

* **Final Sales:** **All sales are final.** Returns are not accepted. Please assess condition via photos before purchasing.

* **Cancellations:** We do not cancel bids or transactions under any circumstances. Placing a bid is a commitment to buy.

* **Payments:** All payments must be made through eBay within the allotted timeline. Unpaid item cases are automatically opened after 5 days.

* **Stock Availability:** As we operate a physical retail store, items may occasionally sell in-store before an online listing is removed. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued immediately.
