Returns Policy

Conditions for Return:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable.
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement. We may request photos of the damage or defect.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is defective or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
