This looks in good shape, I don't see any cracks.  There is a small piece that slides out of the mouthpiece that has a little chip (see pictures) this doesn't seem to effect the sound or could be replaced I'm sure.  I am not an expert on these so please see the pictures closely and if you have any questions please ask.
