The separate sensor allows the room temperature to be measured away from the radiator valve. This is particularly useful where the valve head is concealed by furniture, curtains, radiator covers or other obstructions that could cause an inaccurate temperature reading.

The thermostatic head is designed primarily to project horizontally from a compatible radiator valve, with the indicator positioned facing upwards.

New and unused old stock in its original Oventrop box. The packaging has been opened for inspection and photographs and may show marks, labels or wear from storage.
