A practical NS11A NOx sensor repair kit for replacing a failed sensor without buying the complete original loom and control unit. The sensor has a stainless steel body, threaded mounting section and a long lead protected by black outer sleeving.

This is a repair kit rather than a plug-and-play sensor with a vehicle connector already fitted. The old sensor wiring is cut back and joined to the new sensor using the supplied terminals and heat-shrink pieces. The image guide shows the wires being staggered rather than cut all at one point, which helps keep the finished join neat. A bit of care here saves a great deal of swearing later.
The protective sleeve can be moved along the cable during fitting, then slid back over the repaired section. Check the part numbers and wiring arrangement against your existing sensor before ordering. The old ECU shown in the fitting diagram is for illustration only and is not included.
