Extraordinarily rare small Turquoise Disc on an 18"

Peretti fine silver chain.

Stunning necklace that I would love to keep..

The disc is small measuring 1.5cm in diameter, it's on a Peretti 18" silver chain with uk assay mark by the fastening.

In perfect condition, no discolouration of the turquoise.

Will be sent in a modern Tiffany pouch and box - gifting quality or alternatively the original type of vintage packaging that is in good condition.
