Spencer works and runs but Spencer is somewhat not very strong and makes a weird squeaking noise when pressure is applied to the running wheels. There was corrosion on the battery terminals but I removed most of it off with vinegar. One straight track is included. See pics for condition. Comes from a smoke free home.
