What Is Item Condition?

Ø For newly released or modern banknotes, its serial number or signature might be different from picture.

Ø Please message us if you prefer special serial number (radar, repeater, ladder, or replacement).

How Are Items Shipped?

Ø Items are sent by Cambodia Post using Registered Service with tracking number.

Ø Generally, items are declared as document or low-priced souvenir, not real value of items.

Ø Worldwide shipping service is available please refer to exclusion list.

Ø We handle item processing within 7-10 days except national holidays.

How Does Combined Shipping Work?

Ø The initial fee is based on the highest.

Ø Combined shipping is available for an extra of $0.15 per (small-note, few-note, small-coin) lot.

Ø For banknote bundles, certified banknotes, banknote with folder, uncut banknote sheet, certified coins, coins with holder, bulk coins, antique, medal or non-banknote/coin collectibles, please kindly wait for weight calculation.

How Long Will Buyers Receive Items?

Ø Due to Universal Postal Restriction from 2026, Registered Letter Service allows documents only. Banknotes will be enclosed with some paper document in A5/A4 envelop for safe inspection passage under “Document” custom declaration.  Also on-going wars causing logistic fee increase,  shipping rate now has been re-adjusted.

Ø Upon dispatch from Cambodia, the Post promises Economy Shipping duration as following:

§ 10-20 Days (ASEAN)

§ 20-45 Days (Asia, Middle East)

§ 45-60 Days (Oceania)

§ 60-90 Days (EU, USA, Canada, Latin America, Africa)

Ø Please kindly understand and inquire us only when the maximum duration is reached.

How Are Item Paid?

Ø Please kindly wait until invoice is sent for multiple-item purchase.

What If Items Are Not Satisfied Or Error?

Ø Please return items with original condition.

Ø If listing mistake is identified, full refund is made (item price + shipping fee + return shipping fee).
