The handle assembly includes the handle arm, knob (grip), bearings, washers, and fasteners. It is designed for the Saltiga 6500 model (or compatible versions such as the 6500H with high gear ratio). The handle length is standard for this series (approximately 100–120 mm, depending on configuration), the material is aluminum with anti-corrosion coating, and the knob is ergonomic for comfort during long fishing sessions.

The Saltiga 6500 reel is designed for heavy saltwater fishing (jigging, trolling). Gear ratio: 4.3:1 (standard) or 5.7:1 (H version), maximum drag 30 kg, spool capacity approximately PE 8/300 m.

The handle is a key element for comfort, especially during long fights with fish. Daiwa recommends checking the bearings and lubrication when installing.
