Capsaicin 0.25%, Beta-pinene Homopolymer, Calcium Carbonate, Light Steam-cracked Aromatic Naphtha (Petroleum), Polybutenes, Natural Rubber, Synthetic Iron Oxide, Zinc Oxide.

🧴 How To Use

1. Peel the plaster away from the paper backing.
2. Apply directly to the affected body area.
3. If needed, cut the plaster into smaller pieces before applying.
4. This plaster may be more effective when used after a bath.
5. For adults and children 2 years and older: apply to the affected body part up to 3 or 4 times daily, or follow the product label directions.
6. For children under 2 years old: do not use unless advised by a doctor.
