Open box. This is a customer-returned unit received directly from the manufacturer. The box has been opened and may show shelf wear. Every unit is tested to Plugable's own functional test procedure, which Plugable trained us on, before it is listed. That covers every port under load, video output at the rated resolution and refresh rate, power delivery to a connected laptop, and a full power cycle. Anything that does not pass is not listed. Complete with all original accessories unless noted below.

This is not a sealed retail unit and is not sold as new. That is exactly why it is priced well below retail.
