Here I offer one colour of wipes in a cute beige shade in a bundle of 18 of them instead of 20 as they are a bit thicker than the original ones so 20 wouldn't fit in a large letter.
However it takes me 2 hours to sew 20 wipes and secure the threads with a knot NOT glue. I don't even own fabric glue. This time doesnt include washing, drying, measuring or cutting. Of course you get a handmade premium product that had attention pain on every inch or cm. If any wipes is a bit smaller or bigger I tend to include it for free as it still works perfectly fine.
These are made to last for a decade or longer with daily use and if repaired after a decade they can continue to serve us . I have still in use some wipes of the lowest quality and thinnest cotton towelling and some needed a repair after almost 10 years of use. I repaired them and although very thin they still are intact and useful.
****** IF YOU WISH ME TO REPAIR YOUR WIPES BY RESEWING THE SEAMS I'd be delighted to do that. They can look better then when new as they have shrunk and cut carefully with a brand new seam. I wish we all would try this out and see how much life there's in our items. Please get in touch I'd be delighted to do so. Your wipes need to be clean, if not I will wash them. Ideally without fabric conditioner please. *******
Final dimensions are approximately 15 × 15 cm cut along the warp and weft of the fabric in a straight line so that they do not twist or form a diagonal shape when washed and used.
Colour might look different on your screen. In any case I have several lighter and darker browns available and can offer a variety as can be seen by the photos added today, March 2026. New listings in the making.
Several shades of beige, light brown andbrown available. You are wecome to have 3 colours of 5 wipes each or more colours that complement each other and look nice in a pile or folded. I will upload more photos in due course. In the meantime please deel free to purchase or get in touch with any requests.
If you want less or more of them please let me know and I will amend the listing. If the packet becomes too big for a Large Letter postage will be a small royal mail packet tracked 48 (second class) or Evri/Yodel up to 1kg.

Finally got around to cutting up the wipes. The first and last photos are with strong shades apart from the lavender. Wipes in these latest photos are freshly cut and not overlocked yet hence the fraying edges and loose threads that you can see.
Any wishes for a colour you prefer, please let me know. Sunshine yellow and light green wipes are very soft and thin . I will make a separate listing for them as they won't last as long as the rest of them and I will offer them for a lower price.
15 100% Cotton Handmade in Fareham by myself from excellent condition preloved towelling. Weight up to 250gr including packaging for a Large Letter Tracked48.
Size is about 15 × 15 cm, I aim for at least of a 15×15cm after washing and cutting. If you require a bigger size wipe courier will change to large packet Royal Mail Tracked48.
The large letters can hold up to 16 wipes and will cost £2.75 Royal Mail Tracked48 and weigh between 250-350gr.
If you require smaller dimensions or face wipes to match the baby wipes please let know as I have smaller pieces of fabric which will be converted to face wipes in due course.

Towelling was bought locally and I washed it hot at 90C twice before cutting and sewing it.
Some is lightweight towelling and therefore easy to fold and ideal for nappy changing.
Other wipes are thicker and perhaps more useful for kitchen spills and other uses than baby bottoms.
((If you prefer a different size, amount and colour please get in touch. I didn't want to make tons beforehand in case customers wanted some turbie towels or simply varied wipes as some use them for their puppies to clean after eating or on dogs as paw wipes after a walk, in the kitchen & bathroom etc..))
Cut carefully and sewn with german Madeira thread on the Japanese Juki overlocker machine.
