Most interesting piece of which I know little.  I believe it is a Houze akro agate slag UV glow dog trinket dish.  It appears to be an ashtray, but there no place to put a cigarette.  There are some very minor chips, perhaps factory, etc.

Measures 2-3/4" x about 3-3/8" and weighs 8 ounces.
