You can check your controller model by removing the rear shell or searching online for instructions on identifying your DualSense motherboard version. Returns cannot be accepted for ordering the incorrect model.
Installation
Installation requires disassembling your DualSense controller.
Recommended tools:
* PH00 Phillips screwdriver * Plastic opening tools/pry tools * Plastic tweezers (recommended) * Soft cloth or work mat to protect components
The replacement touchpad is included and will need to be swapped over during installation.
Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with DualSense shell replacements, but if you have never opened a controller before, we recommend watching a tutorial before beginning.
