Why does this happen?

The USB power source must provide 5V/2A (2000mA). Many common plugs and computer USB ports only supply 0.5A or 1A, which is not enough to power the fan properly.

✔ Recommendation: Use a 5V/2A adapter (2A = 2000mA).

No — this is not an air conditioner. It is a personal evaporative air cooler. It won't cool a whole room, but it feels much cooler than a standard fan. You need to sit in front of it to feel the cooling effect.

3. Why does the cooling effect sometimes seem weak?
Please check your adapter and water quality. Use a 5V/2A adapter and tap water — do not use purified or distilled water.
