A fantastic opportunity to own a highly original Sony HP-239A Stereo Music System, complete with its matching original Sony speakers, original HP-239A owner's manual, and an original Sony F-99S stereo microphone supplied with its original box and instruction manual.

Manufactured in Japan, this classic 1970s music centre combines an automatic record player, cassette recorder/player, AM/FM stereo radio and solid-state amplifier in a beautifully styled walnut-effect cabinet with brushed aluminium fascia.

This is an increasingly difficult complete package to find and would make an excellent addition to any vintage hi-fi collection.

Condition

This system has been fully tested and is in good working order.

A video demonstration has been included within the listing showing the unit powered on, the turntable in operation and music playing through the original speakers for complete buyer confidence.

Overall cosmetic condition is very good for its age. The brushed aluminium front panel presents exceptionally well, while the original walnut-effect cabinets and matching speakers remain in lovely vintage condition.

The original smoked acrylic dust cover is complete with no cracks noted, although it does have light surface scratches and age-related marks consistent with normal use.

The original HP-239A owner's manual is included and shows expected wear from age and storage.
