My items are all tested to the best of my ability when originally listing the item, unfortunately there are cases in which the item becomes damaged during storage and/or shipment or I have simply missed something during my testing. In these rare cases buyers can be assured that my returns are 100% free for a full 30 days from the delivery date, and that a refund will be processed the minute I receive the item back in the post.
